im Nachgang unserer Beschwerde des GREYPOSTING vom 15.2.2007 fragen wir hiermit nochmals nach, was auf Grundlage der nachstehenden, nachgewiesenen Fakten unternommen, angemahnt oder abgestraft worden wird, damit sich derartige Fälle NICHT wieder holen ?
Bisher haben wir hierzu keine Antwort erhalten.
Wir wissen nur zu gut, dass Ihre Institution mit anderen, möglicherweise viel wichtigeren Objekten und Beschwerden involviert ist, aber in der Internet COMMUNITY ist JEDE EMAIL ist für JEDEN WICHTIG der sie versendet und empfangen soll.
Gerade daher, und insbesondere bei angefügten Geheimhaltungsklauseln, gibt es Obliegenheiten der Administratoren und Internetdienste. Schließlich bezahlen wir für zuverlässige Dienste und Leistungen, nicht nur in DL und China, sondern auch in Thailand 3000 Bath pro Monat, was dem hälftigen Monatseinkommen eines Arbeiters entspricht.
Hier nochmals die Fakten, Fakten, Fakten der Beschwerde
Bis heute erfolgte KEINE Nachricht oder Entschuldigung von derjenigen Institution, IT Einrichtung oder DRITTEN PERSON, welche diesen absoluten Blödsinn des DATA ABUSE, den absichtlichen Email Blockierungen sowie Angabe falscher Emailaccounts initiiert und ausgelöst hat.
